What is the goal of the PRO Alliance Program?
The PRO Alliance is a program that lets plumbing contractors have a voice with Fluidmaster while also receiving some very cool benefits. Any contractor is eligible to be a member, and multiple contractors from the same company can participate. We believe that the PRO Alliance will provide a tool for Fluidmaster to develop a better relationship with plumbing contractors. By providing them with a way to provide feedback directly to Fluidmaster, we hope that they will feel less like a Fluidmaster user and more like a part of the Fluidmaster team. Fluidmaster also believes that getting feedback directly from plumbers will help improve our product development process and possibly provide us with some new ideas and direction for both the PRO Series and the PRO Alliance. Finally, and most important, we believe that this will increase the contractor's loyalty to Fluidmaster.
