Gibson & Tappan—Top Names in Heating & Cooling

Northeastern Supply has announced that the company is now stocking Tappan and Gibson HVAC products from Nordyne in select locations.

Tappan and Gibson’s parent company, Nordyne, has been designing and manufacturing heating and cooling products for over 80 years and they offer some of the best consumer product warranties available in the heating and cooling industry. The company’s corporate headquarters and engineering and testing facility is located in O’Fallen, MO. Other facilities include manufacturing plants in St. Louis, MO, and Boonville, MO, and a central distribution facility in St. Peters, MO.

“Tappan claims to have the best warranty in the business,” says Russ Everson, HVAC Sales Manager. “They offer eight years on all parts and a lifetime warranty on the heat exchanger in 90% gas furnaces. Tappan also replaces its outdoor units within the first five years if there is a compressor failure. All Tappan outdoor units come fully jacketed.”

“The Gibson line is primarily targeted toward the new construction market. They also have a superior warranty offering a full five-year parts warranty on all of their products. Both lines have very common parts. We will be stocking a full array of parts at all stocking branches,” he continues.

The Tappan and Gibson lines both offer very competitive Consumer Financing Programs and they both have Model Home Programs and Builder Incentives.
