—HVAC Update—
We're Here For You

Exciting News!
As many of you have already heard, American Standard was featured in the May 2001 issue of Consumer Reports magazine (pages 34-35) in an article titled “Cool Comfort.” The article includes pointers and information provided from reader responses to the magazine’s 2000 Annual Questionnaire, plus feedback from heating and cooling contractors on selecting the right equipment and contractors.

Reliable brands obviously play an important role in the selection process. The article includes a graph, which shows 14 brands of air conditioning systems and their repair rates based on responses from 51,500 consumers who participated in the 2000 Annual Questionnaire. American Standard was listed in the number one spot meaning it had the fewest reported repairs or unresolved problems of central air conditioning systems purchased between 1994 and 2000.

We’re Here For You
For those customers who are not familiar with Northeastern’s HVAC Department, I would like to offer a brief introduction. Our department consists of seven employees who are totally committed to the HVAC support of our customers. Our capabilities are very diverse and our support staff has the knowledge and experience to provide you with assistance for both residential and commercial products - including hydronics, radiant systems, controls, air conditioning, and warm air systems.

As the HVAC industry continues to move forward, technology will be paramount to your success. One of my primary areas of focus at Northeastern Supply is helping you to keep up with the latest technology. For example, there are numerous software programs available that contractors can use to do heat loss take-offs, estimating, troubleshooting, equipment/ diagnostics, and even making laptop presentations to consumers.

Our goal at Northeastern is to provide you with the tools and resources to keep you ahead of the competition. We’re here for you!
