State Industries Unveils Patriot Line
Light-Duty Commercial Electric Water Heaters
Right-sized for small businesses and medical offices, the new Patriot Light-Duty Electric Water Heaters from State Industries, Inc. are the perfect solution for applications where traditional commercial units are too big, and residential units fall short of commercial requirements.
We are very pleased to have the new Patriot water heaters in our line, says Nelson Prange, Vice President of HVAC Sales Division at Northeastern. The Patriot light-duty commercial units meet the UL standard number 1453: Electric Booster & Commercial Storage Tanks, and they offer a lot of versatility. They are designed to serve commercial businesses with small-demand applications, for example doctors offices, photo development stores, and medical labs. And, like the larger commercial units, Northeastern is certified and trained to configure the units on demand to meet customer specifications.
The line includes models with a single heating element, available in 6, 10, 17, and 20-gallon sizes, as well as larger, double-element models, available in 30, 40, 50, 66, 82, and 120-gallon sizes. Additionally, the Compact and Lowboy Patriot models (6 gallons through 50 gallons) offer overall heights from 18" to 31-3/4", to permit under-counter installation when space is limited.
Double-element Patriot models are available with either single-phase or three-phase interlocking or simultaneous element wiring. Simultaneous wiring permits both heating elements to operate at the same time, and can deliver inputs from 1 kw to 12 kw, depending on voltage. In addition, double-element models are available with wiring systems for applications involving off-peak time clocks, meters, and switches.
Not every business needs a full-size commercial water heater, explains Prange. Now, regardless of what you need, Northeastern can quickly convert in-stock product to any wattage/voltage combination to meet your specifications.
