Northeastern's water specialists are fully trained in water testing, analysis, sales support, system sizing, and technical troubleshooting. We can assist you in handling any water treatment situation and you can be sure that we will always stand behind whatever systems we recommend and sell. From start to finish, we want you to be as comfortable as possible in making the sales recommendations and doing the installation for water treatment systems, well pumps, and well systems.

Working in conjunction with our manufacturers, Northeastern offers ongoing training in a wide range of areas, including: general water chemistry, analyzing water, treatment fundamentals, product knowledge, system sizing, technical troubleshooting, and sales support. This training includes manufacturer-conducted seminars at central locations or if necessary, group training can also be conducted at your place of business. Additionally, personal, one-on-one training is also available by appointment. (Please call the location nearest you for more information.)

Northeastern's manufacturers stand behind all of the water systems products that you purchase. At your request, we can provide product catalogs and sales literature, training seminars, sizing recommendations, water testing, analytical review, in-field support, and product warranties. In addition, the water systems manufacturers provide customer service personnel who can assist Northeastern dealers with any concerns involving the applications, installation, or use of its products. We encourage you to consult with the Northeastern Water Systems Division for assistance in sizing commercial/industrial jobs. We work closely with our manufacturers on the sizing and application of these projects.

All of Northeastern Supply's nineteen locations have the ability to test water samples. We can either test a sample on site or send it to the manufacturers' factory for testing and recommendations.

You can pick up a supply of sample bottles on your next visit to one of Northeastern's locations or submit the water sample in a clean, clear glass container. Along with the sample, please provide information regarding the application (is the job residential or commercial/industrial), the number of people in the house, etc. This information enables us to make recommendations based on the consumers' needs and expectations.
